I have OBS v0.583b and I have an upload speed of 1.73Mbps and download speed of 21.19Mbps and my ping is 17ms and everything works fine except for this, when I livestream to twitch it skips lots of frames and I dont know how to fix this. Any suggestions? I would like to get it working by tonight if possible thank you in advance!
