I really want to record in OBS in Minecraft with no lag and no lag in the video.

If someone can help me find the right settings that would be great! Operating on a Laptop: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS GPU: RTX 3060 Disk: Samsung MZVLQ1TOHBLB-00B00 whatever that means. And it also says GPU 1 which is an AMD Radeon.
