I really need help

Whenever I try to open obs, it only shows she scenes tab, and it doesnt show that obs is running on my task bar or task manager. This is the most frustrating thing ever, and I can't use obs.
I tried reinstalling, changing system settings, and restarting my PC, and I have been troubleshooting for weeks, but I cannot find anything.

May be you played with the UI options and made OBS unusuable. To completely reset OBS as if it was never run before and remove all existing OBS config, open Windows explorer and enter %appdata% as directory. In this directory, you will find a subdirectory called obs-studio. Delete this (this will destroy all scenes you might have done before). On the next start, OBS will come up fresh.

uninstall the OBS and then delete the "obs-studio" folder or rename it (c:\windows\Program files\obs-studio). Then install the new OBS version 29.0
