Hello there my name is assortedfilms and I would like some help on getting the crispiest quality streams. I have a I9-9900k @ 3.60 GHZ, 32 GB of ram, RTX 2080 TI. my upload is 17 Mbps and download is 80 Mbps. Now on obs I use the new nevenc encoder, CBR 4500, key frame int. 0, quality present, profile main, look ahead off, psycho visual tuning on GPU 0, max b-frames 2, base res 1920x1080, scaled res 1920x1080, downscale filter 16 samples, FPS 60. now is there any way to make it crisper or should I just stay with these settings. also maybe I should say that i'm an affiliate just in case that helps.
