HI I have a Lenovo ideapad 500 here are its specs
Processor: 6th gen intel core i7
Graphics : AMD R7 M360 2GB

That's not an i7, that's an AMD APU, which is notoriously mediocre at best at live video encoding.

Try using a larger downscale for a smaller resolution, or change to UltraFast preset, or both.
