My OBS is still Blurry even though i have changed the settings..Anyone able to help at all?

Both your Elgato and LifeCam are set to 480p resolution, while your recording is set to 1536x864. Change the Elgato to 720p (https://help.elgato.com/customer/po...e-when-using-elgato-game-capture-hd-software-) and the Lifecam to 720p (https://smallbusiness.chron.com/change-screen-size-lifecam-microsoft-57262.html). Also, for consistency and performance boost, feel free to change the recording resolution on OBS to 1280x720, you don't need 864p if you only have 720p sources.

Perhaps increase the bitrate? Or change the filter from Bicubic to Lanczos?
