So everytime i start streaming i drop all frame rates and my comp screen goes black when i start streaming. The stream stops working period. If someone can help me that would be amazing. the log is below

You aren't dropping frames, the encoder is duplicating frames. The most likely problem is that you put your x264 preset to slow, which is insanely heavy on your system and never recommended for livestreaming. Definitely not with a mobile i5.

Move that preset back to veryfast, as the warning sign told you when you changed it. Another issue might be that you are on a multi-gpu setup, check this thread for info related to this: http://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5965

Alright man it worked. now i have my screen every now and then it flashes black while im trying to stream. now thats my problem and it does it while im playing the games.

I assume it's your stream flashing black now? That appears to be a monitor capture problem. You are still using monitor capture to capture your games, which is very slow for windows 7 with aero enabled.

Edit: oops, you're on windows 8. Then monitor capture should technically be no problem. Either way, your best option is still to try window capture (if the game can play in borderless fullscreen), or game capture. Just see if that fixes it for you.

Monitor capture on nvidia laptops on windows 8+ has driver bugs. My recommendation for laptop users is to avoid monitor capture entirely and use window/game capture for their games.
