Question / Help I need help with settings.

I got OBS studio a while a go and I still cannot figure out the right settings. I really don't get it. Every time I try to record anything it gets one fps. I use a GTX 1050 TI graphics card. I mostly want to record things like GTA 5, Overwatch, and some indie games. If you need to know anything else just comment and ask. Thanks!

I tried to update it but in the middle of updating it says "Error opening file for writing C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\bin\64bit\Qt5Core.dll So I tried to go there in files and everything seems to be working fine. It just can't open it.
