I have looked up SO many videos about this, nothing is working for me. I need someone to know MY specific situation to help me and I need the absolute best quality that I can do.

My Upload Speed is about 1.20 at best, and my screen resolution is 1920 x 1080.

All my streams with all of the settings I do are either pixelating whenever there is movement or skipping like a scratched DVD. My current settings are obviously not working, so please help me out to get the best quality I can for Streaming to Twitch.

All I am using when streaming is the Xbox app to stream the gameplay to my computer and OBS, I don't have anything else connected to the internet other than my computer, my Xbox with Xbox Live, and my cell phone that I barely use.

Please, if someone can just give me a list of all the settings I need to do, I would be forever grateful and I will even give credit to whoever's solution works during my next real, non test stream and even give out links to whatever you like.

I am planning to do a huge Halo 5 release stream, so I need a definite working solution by the 26th.

Please, PLEASE, help me.

First, post a link to your logfile from the help menu of OBS.

Second, run this test for your region and post a screenshot of the results.

I cannot do either of those as I cannot download any more programs to my computer and I don't know what you mean by a link to my log file.

I just need a list of what settings to do for 1.20 upload speed (At best.).

Yup, what I mean is in the help menu of OBS, click logfile, then select one of the logfiles then click the button that says upload. click copy then paste the link here.

1.2mbps isn't going to get you far, short version. You NEED more upload speed (assuming that is your upload speed?).

Following the 2/3rds rule, set your video bitrate to 700kbps, and your audio to 96kbps AAC. Downscale to 360p or 240p using the downscale dropdown box in Settings. That's the second number (so 1280x720 would be 720p).

Past that, we'll definitely need a log file, and a bandwidth test using the tool dping linked above (speedtest websites are worthless for livestreamers).
