Guys I need help. So I'm trying to make an intro for youtube and i'm taking recording scenes from different shows and going to edit and overlay and i'm recording using obs. I'm trying to get the best quality possible which I would want 1080p 60fps, especially down the line, but I don't think my laptop can handle those settings.
My specs are: Processor- Intel core i5-3317U CPU @1.70GHz with 6.00GB installed memory RAM and a 64-bit Operating system.
I'm not trying to stream just record things from the computer. What specs would I need to record at that high level of quality? I don't mind buying a computer, but I don't want to spend a fortune. Maybe just like the minimum specs I would need to achieve that level, because when I do record with my latptop now it cuts frames at 1080. Also, is something like this better on a pc? If so why? Sorry I don't know much about it. Oh and one more thing, do I need anything else like a capture card or gpu or something or just the pc itself when recording like this?
