Question / Help I need help with OBS ASAP

OBS keeps on freezing when I'm recording with it. It records a few seconds then freezes. I've tried windowed mode and many other things and they work, but only once then the freezing continues. I need help, since I am a youtuber and need to record more videos for daily uploads.

Processor: AMD A8-3850 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.90 GHZ
RAM: 8.00 GB DDR3 Ram
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
64 Bit Operating System

Dont bump within the same day, please.

you have set crf=5 which is not achievable especially un such a weak cpu.

You are trying to record 1080p28 even on ultrafast its most likely not going to work out on your CPU.

You also failed at properly setting your Bitrate/Buffer.

You could have started by reading through a Guide https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...lity-recording-and-multiple-audio-tracks.221/ which is also highly recommended since that explains and solves a lot of your issues right now. Then again the guide is aimed at 1080p60 Recordings in your case you might be limited to 720p30 but thats a testing of trial and error as of right now your System cant handle 1080p28 on ultrafast

Ok, sorry, it was a different day where I lived, and thanks for telling me that. I really didn't know what some of the settings were.
