I need help with my obs settings recording/streaming , ty!!!

I need good settings for my obs bcs when I rec in 1080p60fps I don't have lag in game but on video its like 20fps and its the same thing when I stream

-Gpu: Gigabyte Gtx 1080 G1 Gaming
-Cpu: Ryzen 7 2700x 3.7 GHz
-Motherboard: Gigabyte x470 Aorus Ultra Gaming
-Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2x 8GB DDR4 3000MHz CL15
-Sshd: Seagate FireCuda 1TB 7200RPM SATA3 64MB
-Ssd: Kingston A400 120GB SATA 2.5inch
-Source: Corsair CX750 750W 80 PLUS Bronze
