Hi everybody

I've decided 2 days agoo to start twitching, i'm mainly playing league of legends. I've searched for alot of tutorials already on what the best settings are for the most internet connections, now i have really good internet but for some reason my stream keeps buffering for everybody. Aswell as the 40 seconds + delay on the stream, are there any experienced twitcher maybe ready to help me tweak my settings so i won't laag/buffer all the time?
I'm currently living in Belgium.

A Logfile would have been great aswell.
In regards to your Settings they are mostly fine only the Profile should be set to Main on Twitch everything else is the way it should be for a non Twitch Partner. Downscaling to 1280x720 would be more fitting for a 2k Bitrate but with LoL its not that important as long as your CPU can handle it, which we would need a Logfile for.

The Delay isnt really in our Hands if you didnt set any Delay everything else is just the Routing of their Server Infrastructure
