I need help urgently-PC lag spikes

Okay so basically I just need to know what's wrong with my stream I am having lag spikes and low resolution when according to my specs everything should be fine, my stream basically crashed in the last couple minutes, any help or support would be greatly appreciated :).

ok thankyou so much for the help I have now fixed these issues I think, earlier while I was doing a test stream and I was doing it at a good bitrate and a high resolution and I had no lag but for some reason as I will attach with the PHOTO the stream seems low resolution and bitty, is there a fix for this as I dont know why it is isnt streaming in good quality or at least better than this.

Oh i meant to close the other one and yeah i have an ethernet cable in and its a new one so my internet should be good could anything be blocking it

I stream from obs, download was 297 and upload was 2.7 thats the speedtest and a screenshot of what?and I do twitch as well where will i see stream info?
