Question / Help I need help twitch stream is very choppy

My stream on twitch is really laggy sound is completely fine but picture is pretty far behind

You also have a lot of lagged frames which means your GPU cant keep up. Set fps to 30, downscale and limit the ingame fps.

Thanks man what I ended up doing from what I seen from this video helped with the buffering now it just stutters so I'll try that. https://youtu.be/ssPKpwnxgFg Helped the lagged frames tho but thanks for the input
