Question / Help I Need Help Syncing Webcam and Mic!

So, the title says it all really! I'm trying to record, as most people here probably are, however I can't seem to get my Webcam and Mic to sync up! I've looked around, and nothing seems to be working for me. If anyone knows how to solve this issue please let me know! It seems as if they are out of sync by a second, but I've tried adding delays to both the webcam, and the mic, on separate occasions and nothing seems to be working :C If anyone can help provide me with a solution that would be great!

Webcam: Microsoft Lice Chat HD-3000 (Or something along those lines, can't remember the exact name, although I think that is it)
Microphone: Audio Technica AT-2020 USB

The most simple means of doing so is by disabling the mic in audio settings and then enabling that specific mic in the properties of the webcam source, then enable "use buffering". That will force the webcam image to sync with the microphone.

Nope, if anything it has just put it out of sync even more!

That feature does not cause sync issues. I would have to see a log file to know what it is you're doing.
