ok how do I get my stream from my ps4 to my laptop so I can put it on facebook live

I downloaded a capture card not sure how good it is but how do I use it

I'm new to streaming I always just used my ps4 and went to youtube or twitch but I'm really trying to start on Facebook but it's not as easy as the click of a button so I'm trying to learn all this stuff lol

You can't download a capture card. It's a piece of hardware.
