Question / Help I need help setting up my Xbox one for streaming

Like my title says I need help, I'm using a Aver media Live Gamer HD and when going to obs the scene is black when trying to stream my Xbox one, but when i stream my wiiu it'sshows picture but just a little lag not a lot though

this there a special way to stream Xbox one and not use their stream service but through obs?

Did you install Stream Engine for the Live Gamer HD? Once thats installed just setup OBS to use Stream Engine and you should be set with that.

I downloaded some software for it but I guess I never though about doing that!
