Okay I read a few post here and there about setting up Streams and Also looked into some OBS Settings I even used the OBS Stream Settings Estimator but so far none of them worked out. I get a lot of lag so I turn down my resolution and it fixes it but here is where the Buffering comes into play and a lot of it. I have a i7 4790K 4.0GHz and a GTX 980 my current resolution is set to 1280 by 720 for 720P The highest bandwidth I can get in my area is 5MB up and 50 down I am trying to stream The Division.
