Question / Help I need help setting OBS up so I can stream smoothly.

As the title says. I hope I have included all information needed, if not please ask. I have an OBS log plus a DxDiag and Razer log attached, if that helps at all. I also have a link to my internet speed. http://www.speedtest.net/result/7132525150

What type of games are you going to play?
You have set OBS to 60fps. If your stream can't handle 60fps while you play go down to 30 fps. As upload bitrate you can go with 6000kbps (maximum for non partnered twitch streamer).
If obs still can't handle 30 fps while playing then choose a faster preset in the settings --> output tab (veryfast is default, try superfast or ultrafast).

I'm basically running new releases, using whatever NGE recommends is the optimal settings, and for obs I have just used whatever I find that people say is the best for performance on OBS. It's just when I try to use my cpu instead of my video card it says the encoder is always overloaded no matter what I choose. I probably just need a better computer or at least better cpu.
