when I first got my computer which is a envy 27 Intel Core i7 and with a 16gb memory and when I use obs it didn't work much then I expected. it would look really bad with performance and quality, even with all of the settings I played with it for a week and still looks the same and laggy. I changed the bitrate video settings and streaming/recording and ect. I need help and here is the video of it and to just let you know this isn't just minecraft it happens to every game I play.I have also tried every single settings as possible but still doesn't work.
