Question / Help I need help locating a setting.

There was a release of a build not too long ago with a setting that automatically lower bitrate to preserve FPS. Where can I find this build? Thank you.

There is a feature that lowers the bitrate that is included as of the current released version, 24.0.3. You enable it with Settings->advanced->Network->Dynamically change bitrate to manage congestion (beta). However, there is no feature to maintain fps - it's a feature to handle network congestion.
