I need help i have a problem n the output scaled resolution

why is that when i capture game videos i get only 720p then when i try to change the output scaled resolution its only shows 1280x720 how do i enable the 1080 please help :(

Don't choose Facebook in Settings->Stream. Facebook limits the output resolution. This is enforced by OBS even if you don't intend to stream. Either set any other streaming service or activate the "Ignore streaming service setting recommendations" checkbox in Settings->Stream.
