Hi everyone i have a problem i want to live on youtube and record not simultaneously with obs and i looking for good parameter
here my configuration

Not sure we understand your question. Can you try to explain further or reword it? Also we need to know WHAT you want to stream and more about your hardware, if you only have that i3 with the INtel, you are going to be quite limited in what you are going to be able to do from the same machine, especially with only 6GB of RAM as well. Please let us know what kind of content you are talking about it, for Webcam and VLOG it will be fine, for games, this will be a total nightmare unless it is a mobile or UWP light game.

In OBS, go to menu Tools->Auto Configuration Wizard and let OBS create the optimal configuration for you.
