Question / Help I need help figuring what to use

my ping is 41 my down is 14.99 and my up is 1.03 i just started to steam and i want to know what settings to use
ive been dropping alot of frames

Dropping frames means network problems. See the sticky thread on this forum about dropped frames/disconnections.

As for your settings, most are fine, but I would avoid using "slow" x264 CPU preset. Set that back to "veryfast".

If you are dropping frames, the only reasonable suggestion I can possibly give is pretty much the same thing in that thread, to first find the best server you can that has the best connection, then lower your video bitrate until drame drops stop. That's generally the best way to gauge how much you can actually stream. Your reported bitrate by speedtest and such is not indicative of how much stable bitrate you can actually stream.

If you need more settings help, try the estimator, or if you want to see if your log files contain any issues you should fix, use the log analyzer, or post the log again on here for us to see.

If your problem isn't with frame dropping, please post another newer log and try to explain what the exact problem is in more detail.
