Hey folks. I've recently gone from streaming just on my PS4 to a PC using OBS.
I currently have my PS4's optical audio going out to a digital-to-analog converter. The converter has a RCA to 1/4" cable going into my mixer (Phonic 740e) and then into my audio interface (scarlett focusrite 2i2) into my computer via the interface's USB out. This gives my stream game audio and party chat audio no problem. Now to get my voice in the stream, I have a condensor mic plugged into the other input on my scarlett 2i2. In OBS I have Desktop audio set to the scarlett 2i2 and the microphone set to the scarlett 2i2.
So. My problem. If I the chat can hear my microphone, my party chat audio is doubled. It's like an echo. If I mute the microphone in OBS, the party audio is fine but then obviously my stream cant hear me. What do i do?
