Question / Help I need help at streaming

Hello,

When I start moving in my stream my stream goes in realy bad quality. How can I fix this? It only when I'am moving. My stream is also lagging it has to load every 5 sec, my internet is fine.

Blurry quality is a sign of too little bitrate for the resolution/framerate at which you are trying to stream.
Are you streaming to Twitch, Hitbox, Youtube?

Yep. You're trying to run 1050p@30fps on 550kbps. With the Superfast preset.
That isn't even enough for 360p Veryfast. It's not going to work at all. (Slower preset = better compression = better image quality at a given bitrate, but more CPU used)

If possible, downscale to 720p, 30fps, 2000kbps with the x264 Veryfast preset.
If you're stuck on 550kbps, time to drop to 240p@30fps, x264 VF.
