Question / Help I need good settings

Hello, i need settings to give my stream/local recordings a good quality, i tried everything, but everytime it's kinda pixelated, i would be grateful to that one who solves my problem..i have left you a log file, thx

Change the output resolution to 1280x720
Change your recording format to FLV or MKV

For streaming, run the autoconfig wizard
For recording, use indistinguishable recording quality, flv or mkv recording format, software (x264, low cpu use, increased file size) recording encoder.
