Question / Help I need FPS help

so im trying to stream overwatch and my in game FPS is in the 200's but in OBS its 60 and will look fine in the preview but on stream or in recordings it lags a ton. only when i bring my in game fps down to 60 does it work. How can i fix this?

Make sure, Overwatch will not produce more than 90% GPU load, which you can achieve by limiting your ingame fps.
Try 120fps for Overwatch and streaming in 60fps.
