obs 29 is not working it shows the following message " The procedure entry point IsWow64Process2 could not be located in the dynamic link library...."

OBS requires Windows 10.

Then make sure it's up to date, you need at least build 1803 which is 4 years old at this point.

Run the update assistant if you're having trouble:
