I keep getting Error Please use a keyframe of four seconds or less.

I am church, streaming using YouTube and Facebook. On my Youtube output, I get the Error - Please use a keyframe of four seconds or less....
Is this an OBS problem or Youtube. If OBS how can i fix it?

in the OBS settings change the interval to 4 s
