I Keep Getting Encoder Overload Even Though My Computers A Beast!

My FPS has been dropping alot for seemingly no reason, i think its one of the plugins i have installed but i kinda need them if i dont want to pay so im at a loss as to what to do please help.

It also crashes a lot when closing the program, or switching scene collection while streaming!
