Question / Help I Just Downloaded OBS But Cannot Open Due to Error

I do not have a screenshot, but when I downloaded OBS just yesterday, I opened it up and I got an error message saying "Could not find any D3DCompiler Libraries." Is this an issue with my laptop, and if so, how can I resolve it so I can record and stream? But if not, how is this (again) fixable?

Now, my laptop is an old HP- it might explain the reason I am experienceing issues (and also having to use my phone to post these threads)
