Question / Help I just can't do it....

Hi
Lately i tried recording some games on my new pc but i've been trying for 2 good weeks to find the perfect settings for recording in good quality but always my video lags very bad or the image stops and the audio keeps on going.I saw gameplays on pc's with same cpu as mine but no lag at all and still good quality
Can anyone help me?
My pc:
Amd x4 860k
4gb ram kingston hyperX
R7 250x 2gb gddr5
500gb wd blue
