RAM: 16.0 GN
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390 Series

Please help in any way you can and let me know if you need any more info! Thanks in advance.

Hey my bad, I had to leave early so I should've spent more time on this.

I would like to know what settings I should use based on my computer specs. First off, I'd like to use OBS to stream on Twitch. When I stream games, there is no game lag of any kind for the most part at least, but in my actual stream, as well as my stream preview in OBS, it's either an actual slideshow, or everything is moving in some sort of slow motion. When I stream a game like Fallout New Vegas, which is a pretty old game and I feel as though I should be able to stream it, there are occasional, annoying stutters in the stream. So I would like to know what settings I can use to have have a at least decent quality stream.

Thanks for the reply, sorry again.

Please post a log if you are having issues.

There are no "best settings." Please understand that every setup, for every use case, will be very different. Any guides or videos that claim otherwise are misinforming. Your best option is to start with a base and adjust as necessary. Test, test, and test again. We are happy to offer suggestions for any issues you may be having, but we will not give you a list of settings.

Please give me suggestions then because I honestly can't figure it out after hours and hours of watching videos and testing. Nothing I tried has worked and I really no longer want to spend hours of testing at a time only to make literally 0 progress.

You need to post a log or we can't see what's going on or know what to suggest.

Thanks, looks like there's no stream/record attempt in that log, but I noticed you have your monitors split between two GPUs. You should have all your monitors connected to the same GPU to avoid issues.

From your log, there are many messages like this:

Code:
22:54:21.131: [AMF Encoder] GPU Encoder overloaded, queue is growing... (1,-39,40)

You'll need to downscale the output resolution or turn down FPS until it works smoothly. Your GPU isn't exactly a powerhouse to be playing games at 4k at the same time as recording them.
