Question / Help I have problem with quality on 2500 bitrate 30 FPS

Hello lady's and gentelman's.
I have problem with quality of my stream, such a pixelized and dead collor and ugly as fuck.
My internet is god: i can stream @ 10000 bitrate, but twitch only allows 3500 bitrate for non-parthnered streamers.
CPU: INTEL CORE I7 6700K @ 4.5GHZ OC
GPU: GIGABYTE 1060 XTREME GAMMING 6GB OC
RAM: 16 GB RAM

If I'm reading this right you're using the wrong renderer. Please check under Settings -> Advanced -> Video -> Renderer. If it's on OpenGL set it to Direct3D 11 and see if that makes anything better. Hope this helps.
