its a R7 from Kaveri - so it is GCN and should work with AMD VCE
EDIT2: did u choose output mode "Advanced"?

You need up to date drivers, It does support vce 2.0. Not sure what driver you would need though or I would have linked it for ya. So you need to find the most current driver for the R7 Apu, If there is one. Most likely are all older then whats needed for the plugin.
Well for 1 try using Directx 11 for renderer and not opengl
from log The OpenGL renderer is currently in use.
So try that 1st. Settings>advanced> set renderer to directx 11
if that doesn't work you will have to find a very current version of the R7 apu driver

update to 17.4.2 and use Xaymars plugin -> 1.4.3.11 is last public and 1.9.9.11 is last from patreon -> i can tell u 1.9.9.11 works fine ;)
