Question / Help I have lots of clicks and pops in my audio and start button turns red

I am able to record my captured screen and desktop audio and microphone audio but during record I hear loud clicks and pops and the start recording button has turned red. I've changed settings but it still happens. I've run out of ideas. Can you direct me to the appropriate settings I need to change?
