It seems after installing the last OBS update (27.1.3), I have developed delay problem. A 5 second delay, after a scene change, when the display capture starts. It run normal until a new scene is selected, then there is a 5 sec. delay on starting. Again it runs normal after the start delay. This has been running flawless up to this point. I have tested this with just two cameras (normally 5). No recording and no streaming, just a power point running. CPU is running at 3.5% at 30 frames. Running as Admin has no effect. I am running Windows 10 Version 21h2. Pack 120.2212.3920.0 . Intel I5-1400F @ 2.9GHZ. 12 GB ram.

You have "Mic/Aux" as global device in OBS defined as well as explicit source in different scenes, right?
Don't know if that helps to your problem but,

1. every source should be inserted once into OBS, either as global device exclusively in a scene(s);
2. your samplerates differ. You use 44k1 and 48k same time.
 
I will address these problems. But these setting have been used for months. Never the less I will attend to them.. Thank you Will check back later tomorrow due to snow storm.
 
After much investigation, I found the problem to be in LibraOffice Impress. Even though the monitor screen would change, with no delay, OBS screen capture had a five second delay on display to the screen. It would work correctly until I changed scenes. When I used the remote OBS to change scenes, things worked correctly. It seems the act of moving the mouse between screens was the trigger for the problem. I had uninstalled Libra Office in hopes this would correct the problem, to no avail. After running Libra Impress in safe mode it worked correctly. Going back to normal mode has now corrected the problem. I hope is of some help to others. Thanks you.
