I have a valid stream but OBS wont let me start stream??????????????

I have a valid stream key. I checked with the issuer of that stream key. They say there is no reason for it not to work here.
OBS says to check the stream key. I checked it with the site that gave it to me. They say there is no reason for it to not work.

So whats up?

Краш стрим через 10 минут

Здравствуйте Подскажите, пожалуйста. Стримим год назад через обс на твич, все было норм В данный момент начинаю стримить 0 пропусков кадров Но каждый раз на 10 минуте, у меня начиют расти пропуски и вырубается стрим, и затем идет снова включение стрима и так каждый раз ровно на 10 минуте...
