Resolutions like 100x100 doesn't make any sense here. Thus the pixelation.
Go into settings->video and set base and output resolution to something that matters.
Start with 1280x720 and if that performs well, you can rise to 1920x1080, if you want.
Your webcam is 640x480 in the moment. You can try higher resolution if it supports it.
Hint: Clean up your confusing filter chain in "Mic/Aux" channel.
