Question / Help I have a nice PC, but when I rewatch my recordings, the fps is 10 and below

I have a GTX 1080, I7, 32gbs of RAM, a 500gb ssd. I go to record and my game is fine and the obs preview is fine. When I am done, the video is extremely laggy and low fps. Please help!
