Question / Help I have a good laptop but obs drops like 40 FPS for me

i have a really good laptop here is the specs
VisonComputer
Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-6700HQ CPU 2.60gHz
8,00 GB Ram
64 Bit
i have tried everyting from changing the bitrate to something horrible and changing the encoder to use my graphics card or use the processor but it jsut wont work it takes 40 FPS away from me in every game.

and don't have OBS running on the intel gpu.
