i have a good internet and uploud speed but obs studio keeps on disconnecting and having a 0kbps

Lots of Audio effects/filters, Chroma key, and multi browser sessions - are you watching RAM and CPU utilization (not in OBS, but system overall)?

It appears you didn't follow instructions on the log file. i think.. I don't see a recording or streaming session details which has important details

And side note - speedtest are highly optimistic of short bursts of traffic.. streaming is a sustained, jitter-sensitive traffic... so just beware assuming your high-performant link means streaming will be fine (maybe, not assured). And what else might be using upstream bandwidth?
And any number of processes on your PC could interfere with traffic
