Question / Help I have a good computer but the recording comes out of poor quality

My computer is a good computer with GTX 1080 and with intel core i7 7700 my quality going out really poorly on recordings someone can give me good settings

Also try Settings, Output, Output Mode: Simple and then set Recording Quality, Indistinguishable Quality
