i have a decent pc but my recording are laggy

RX 580
Ryzen 5 3600
16 gb ram 3200mz

My obs output settings are as followed

My video settings are

I record in 240fps so that i can get nice looking motion blur in minecraft and my recording are really lag but if i turn down the video output scaled res then it is good but i want it on 1280x720 and help?

AMD's encoder is very bad as compared to qsv and nvenc so use x264 as the encoder.
