No there is no option to make a media source global, and thats the issue, it's appearing in every scene, and it's disabled in the one scene it's loaded into, but what happens is in any other scene the sound (it's a movie file) starts to play!
We'd need to see a logfile from a streaming or recording session at least 30 seconds in length to be able to troubleshoot the issue.
That's why it asks for one to be included when you open a thread in the Support section.
Most often that happens when a media-containing scene is nested inside another scene somewhere; it may not be showing in the second-level scene, but starts playing because it is technically 'live'.
