Hey guys, i recently upgraded my internet to 40mbps download, 5mbps upload speed, apparently that is enough to stream at least at 720p, however i try setting up my stream at 2500 bitrate to make 720 look good, my ping is stable for a bit but then increases to over 200 at times which makes it unplayable
my specs are:
i5-7600k
rx 480
8gb ddr4 2400mhz
