Try updating your video card drivers. Unfortunately since you're on a laptop, these kinds of things are expected due to the dual GPU / unstable drivers. Try using window capture with the game in windowed fullscreen mode if game capture doesn't work.
I tried window capture and i was just capturing a black screen in stream preview. When I tried monitor capture and full-screen'd the game, I was rewarded with a .mp4 that had all of the audio from the game and no video.
Try ticking compatibility mode in window capture. Keep in mind the game can't be running in fullscreen mode, you need to run it in borderless / windowed fullscreen mode if possible.
