I got access to Twitch 2K Open Beta (1440P 60FPS) but it doesn't work

Good day,

I got 2K Open Beta Access to stream 1440P 60FPS on Twitch. However, I cannot do it. I followed the instructions on the Twitch FAQ but even that didn't helped me.

Setup is:

Ryzen 9 9950X
RTX 4080 Super
Asus X870
64GB DDR5 6000MHz
1300W Platinum Power Supply
Internet Bandwith 100DL - 50UL
1440p 165Hz 1ms Gaming Monitor
OBS 31.0.3

I enabled Enhanced Broadcasting but when I do a test stream of 1440P 60FPS, there's so much framedrops and it doesn't work at all. Plus, there's no new encoder after Twitch gave me access to 1440P (2K) open beta. I need assistance please because Twitch told me to contact OBS support for assistance as it is out of their control. They gave me access, so the rest is up to OBS.

Can someone please tell me or help me on how to stream 1440P 60FPS on Twitch???

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

You should contact Twitch support on this. They should give you a way to contact them about issues with the 1440p beta streaming.
Make sure your connection is good. To do so you can use this tool: https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest
Anything below 90 quality is bad and most probably an issue on your ISP. As 1440p 60fps represent a lot more data transfering over the network you need to double check you network and your ISP network can handle it. Of course, it could be that your access to the beta is not activated at the same time you were accepted.

I will run the tests as per your instructions. Thank you for the valuable information.

As for Twitch support, they always sent the same messages. I mean, they gave my Twitch Account access to 1440P (2K) beta streaming but I still can't do it. I know that I need the HEVC or H.265 encoder to be able to stream 1440P, but I still have the old encoder H.264.

I sent Twitch support an email that they should just activate the 2K access on their end in order for me to stream 1440P. I am waiting for their response now. They usually take 24 - 48 hours to reply.

P/s: Does anyone know when space waves game will release new levels?

Are you using NVENC (new) as your encoder in OBS?
